St. Clairsville-Richland City School District food service program introduces the "Feed the Future Lunch Fund." This fund supports families in our community who need assistance paying for student meals. Feed the Future Lunch Fund does not take the place of applying for state-funded free or reduced-price meals. This is a locally funded program by donations from individuals, groups, or area businesses. The district's food service program maintains the fund and distributes it case-by-case basis.
